Christmas Paddlers Parade of Lights 12.7.13

It had snowed twice that day at my house, but the weather cleared and 17 paddlers took to the lake for our third annual Christmas parade.  We also collected a car load of clothes, blankets and boots for the El Dorado County clothes closet.

The temp was in the 30's but we were all warm with the spirit of the season.  The pictures tell the story. (that first one is me)

 

November 2013 Adventures; Berryessa, Bullards Bar, Rollins and Cosumnes

We have been lucky to have the warm weather for paddling.  We keep layering up for the colder mornings and end up taking off layers as it warms up.  I know we need the rain, but still loving the sunshine.

November 30 - Cosumnes River Preserve
